Chinese Chicken Salad

1 head iceburg lettuce, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
6-8 whole chicken breasts, cook and shredded
1 small package salted peanuts and cashew (optional)
Fried rice sticks
Fried won ton strips

Chicken Marinate:

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons flour
1-2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove minced garlic
½ teaspoon Chinese 5-spice
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons oil
1-2 teaspoons white ground pepper (optional)

Brown chicken in a mixture of sesame oil and vegetable oil. Cool.

Combine the lettuce, cilantro, green onion, black pepper, chicken,
and mix the following dressing and combine with lettuce mixture.

Dressing:

3 tablespoons plum sauce
1-2 teaspoons hot dry mustard
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Mix the fried rice stick and fried won ton strips before serving.
