Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

1 Box of Brownie Mix (follow the box instructions for preparation and baking)

2 Large Eggs

1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

1/4 cup Water

Middle Layer:

1 Jar (198g) of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème

Top Layer:

2 Cups of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter

3 Cups of Rice Krispies Cereal

Directions:

Preparation: Start by spraying a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set it aside.

Brownie Base: Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box, using the eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Pour the batter into your prepped pan and bake as directed. Once baked, set them aside and let them cool completely.

Marshmallow Layer: Once the brownies have fully cooled, spread a generous layer of Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème over the top. Ensure it’s evenly distributed for the perfect gooey middle.

Chocolate Crunch Layer: In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring between each interval, until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Once blended, fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring they’re coated well with the chocolate-peanut butter mix. Gently spread this mixture over the marshmallow layer.

Chill & Serve: Cover your Brownie BOMB Bars and let them chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Once they’ve set, cut them into squares. Depending on your preference, you can get between 24-36 scrumptious bars.
