Honey Soy Chicken Wings

Sweet and sticky wings, made easily in the oven.

Ingredients:

Marinate

  • 2 1/2 chicken wings
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice wine
  • 1/2 oz ginger, sliced

Coating:

  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • Spray with oil

Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate the chicken wings for about 30 minutes or longer.

Coat the chicken wings. Put on cooking sheet with foil, may sure to spray oil on the foil. Place the chicken with most skin facing up. Place the chicken wings then spray the chicken. Put under broiler for 8 minutes.

Flip the chicken and place under broiler for another 6-8 minutes.

With a wok heat up your pan. Place oil in pan and mix the sauce in the pan.

When the chicken is done, add the sauce in the wok with the sauce and make sure to coat the chicken wings well.
