Quick Chili Garlic Shrimp (with Chili Crisp)

Here is a quick and simple chili garlic shrimp dish with Chinese chili crisp. You can prepare this full-flavored, Asian-inspired shrimp recipe in 5 minutes from start to finish. Serve it as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 lb shrimp cleaned
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and chili crisp and stir-fry for a few seconds.

Add shrimps and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the lemon juice, green onion, and cilantro; toss well. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste, if needed.
