✤ Chicken Seasoning -290g Chicken breast -1tbsp Minced garlic -2tbsp Orange juice -3g (1tsp/flat) Salt -0.5tsp Black pepper
✤ Dough -50g (5tbsp) Rice flour -25g (2.5tbsp) Cornstarch powder -25g (2.5tbsp) Plain flour -90ml Water
✤ Sauce -0.5tsp Ginger powder (can be omitted) -1tsp Chili pepper powder -50g Brown sugar (or white sugar) -1tbsp Honey -50ml (8tbsp) Orange juice -2tbsp Soy sauce -4tbsp Vinegar
✤ Starch Water -1.5tbsp Corn starch powder (potato starch available) -2tbsp Water
✤ TIP -I used 1 orange. -Make the part of the chicken what you want. -If you are using minced ginger, add it when seasoning chicken. -If you don’t have rice flour, add 70g cornstarch + 30g plain flour. (But it’s less crispy than rice flour)
